Program descriptionThe Postgraduate Diploma in Urban Development and Sustainability provides graduates with the tools and techniques to value real property, undertake property development, property financing and property development management, strategic asset/facility and property management. This is a stand alone program, however articulation to the Master of Urban Development and Sustainability may be granted on achieving a minimum GPA of 2 (65%) and approval of the Dean, Faculty of Business, Technology and Sustainable Development Professional OutcomesThe Postgraduate Diploma in Urban Development and Sustainability provides graduates with an introduction to the tools and techniques required to gain employment in property related fields such as property development and commercial real estate agency.
