NSIA became the first private training establishment in North Shore City to deliver professional Diploma and Certificate programmes in the field of hospitality. NSIA has designed the courses to provide a flexible timetable allowing for its candidates' busy lifestyles, blending recreation, study and employment. NSIA is NZQA Registered and Accredited and NZ Culnary Fare Training Excellence Award Winner in 2006.National Certificate in Food and Beverage Level 3 - 24 weeks (1/2year)
This qualification is awarded to our students who have demonstrated the skills and knowledge necessary to work in a food and beverage service role. The students will also demonstrate a range of skills required to work in a commercial food and beverage service environment like interpersonal, personal presentation, numeracy, literacy and teamwork.
