Master of Medical Science (Pathology)About the course It also provides an opportunity for the development of skills in laboratory administration and management. The dissertation component enables the evolution of research skills culminating in the preparation of a publishable journal article. Students may elect to exit the course following the completion of the first four subjects and graduate with the award Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Science (Pathology) or elect to exit following the completion of the first eight subjects and graduate with a Postgraduate Diploma of Medical Science (Pathology). Residential schools There are no compulsory residential schools associated with the postgraduate subjects in this course. During the latter half of the course frequent communication between students and their dissertation supervisor will be strongly encouraged. Access to the internet is assumed.
