Outline The Master of Information Systems is designed specifically to attract graduates who do not necessarily have a background in information technology, but who need to learn more about the utilisation of information technology in business environments. This is a state-of-the-art program that considers modern principles and theories of computing together with the practical applications of information technology. It examines both the organisational and technological issues that are needed for the analysis and design of business information systems with a strong emphasis on electronic commerce. Several elective units are delivered through the School of Business to take advantage of that School's skills and expertise in management and legal areas. Career Opportunities Upon completing the Master of Information Systems, you will be well-prepared for such careers as information systems developers, system analyst managers, system designers, information managers, electronic commerce managers, database administrators, consultants, and company managers. RPL and Credit Transfer International students wishing to apply for RPL and Credit Transfer are required to provide syllabus of previous study undertaken at time of applying for course. Not all courses offer RPL and Credit Transfer.
