The second year of study has a focus on basic management including people management, financial management, resource management and function management. Career prospects for graduates of the Certificate IV in Hospitality (Supervision) include working as a team leader/supervisor in a wide range of hospitality operations. Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management graduates can look forward to a breadth of employment opportunities including working as a food and beverage manager, a café or small restaurant owner or a motel owner/manager.
