The Certificate III in Hairdressing (non-apprenticeship) and the Certificate IV in Hairdressing will equip you with skills and knowledge to work in the hairdressing industry in several roles.
The Certificate III in Hairdressing is offered as a fee-for-service course for students who do not want to undertake a three-year apprenticeship. Fee payment plans can be arranged. The Certificate III in Hairdressing consists of theory work and practical experience in industry and in the Gordon Institute salon Creative Futures Hair and Beauty using internationally renowned Pivot Point resources.

Certificate III in Hairdressing covers haircutting, hair design, colouring, decolourising and lightening and chemical reformation for male and female clients. The course also introduces occupational health and safety, hair analysis, hair structure and growth and hair and scalp disorders.

Certificate III in Hairdressing graduates will be qualified professional hairdressers.
