Graduate Certificate of Management

Duration
6 months full-time  (4 units)                       

Entry Requirements
  • Completion of Australian Secondary education or equivalent
  • Successful completion of Australian undergraduate degree or equivalent at a recognized university.
  • Required proficiency in English (IELTS) - Overall band score of 6.0 with no individual sub score below 5.5

Course Outline
Students acquire a sound basic knowledge of strategic management concepts to assist them to become entrepreneurs in the business environment. The focus is on the behaviour and processes of an organisation, marketing, accounting and finance. The course will provide an exit point for students not wishing to proceed to an intermediate level of accomplishment in these subject areas.

Course Objective
This course comprises the core foundation subjects necessary for an understanding of management. It integrates theory and practice to provide a set of skills that give graduates a choice of careers in the field of management.
