Graduate Certificate in University Learning and Teaching

About the course
The course considers issues such as the nature of university education, models of teaching and learning, supervision of postgraduate students, resource-based learning, and professional development. The Graduate Certificate has components for new academics as well as for more senior staff seeking professional refreshment and intellectual stimulation.

 

Graduation requirements
To graduate, students must complete 32 subject points.

 

Residential schools
EEA404 and EEB412 are both offered by distance education mode with two residential schools, one of which, in April, is compulsory. This requirement may be waived in exceptional circumstances (e.g. for students who are overseas). These subjects can only be commenced in Autumn Session.
