Program overview
The purpose of the program is to offer practising educators, those seeking employment, and educators returning to the workforce, a series of learning opportunities to engage in a critical orientation to professional learning. It is anticipated that educators from the school sector, the higher education sector (including TAFE), police, nursing and the training sector come together in a collaborative learning community to enhance their leadership and engagement in curriculum development and evaluation, teaching, learning and assessment in their professional field.

The content will be delivered through a blended learning mode, responsive to the needs and learning styles of the cohort. A project-based, action-learning framework is anticipated so that students can engage in a critical orientation to professional learning. The learning outcomes will be designed to enrich each student's knowledge, understanding and capacities in professional learning in their field.
