Floristry (Certificate III in)
Duration » 1 year Feb Intake Campus » City Description » The Certificate III in Floristry equips students with in‑depth creative skills and relevant knowledge to work in the floristry industry. Major areas of study include the care, preparation and display of floristry stock, creation of floristry designs using a range of techniques and mediums, assembly and preparation of floristry products, customer service, stock control, working in a retail environment and the performance of routine housekeeping duties. Certificate III in Floristry graduates will have the knowledge to begin successful careers in the retail and wholesale sectors in the floristry industry, as well as the management skills to work in a supervisory role or to become a florist owner/operator.
