In 2002 Meridian accomplished third overall position in the New South Wales Higher School Certificate (HSC) and outperformed all private schools in HSC Mathematics. Meridian consistently outperforms other private schools in the University Admissions Index whereby scores of greater than 90 is recorded.English Preparation for High School
EAP 1 – minimum overall score of 5.0 with no skill (listening, speaking, reading, writing) of less than 4. If the student only has 4 for writing, s/he must do EAP 1 and then EAP 2 even if s/he has an overall score of 5.5.
EAP 2 – minimum overall score of 5.5 with no skill (listening, speaking, reading, writing) of less than 4.5.
Students who have not completed an IELTS test can sit an examination to determine whether their English language is of an appropriate level.
