Doctorate in Tropical Environmental Management (DTEM)About the Course Applicants into this course are required to provide: referees reports, research proposal outline (400-600 words), certified academic transcripts and other supporting documentation. Admission Requirements Entry requires an Honours degree (or equivalent) at 2A level or better, a Masters degree or mid-career professional with a Bachelor degree and extensive professional experience. In addition, applicants will require demonstrated capacity to undertake significant research in the proposed doctoral field and at least 2 years of professional experience. Course Structure Before commencing study, candidates will develop a course proposal which is submitted to the Faculty for approval. The proposal will include an outline of the coursework, Professional Placement and Research Thesis components of their program, and will demonstrate how these components provide the student with a comprehensive and integrated program of study and research, which meets the objectives of the course.
A candidate must successfully complete a total of 240 credit points.
