- Entry Requirements: Satisfactory completion of Year 12 or overseas equivalent. English proficiency demonstrated by an IELTS score of 5.5. Working on, or owning and operating a vineyard for a period of two years is desirable.

Module based assessment used such as tests, practicals. - Expected Employment Outcome Example: These courses will prepare graduates for work in the wine industry. Depending on the specialisation area/s chosen, graduates will: develop the skills and knowledge to manage the cultivation and development of vines; work as a vineyard owner/manager or be employed by a vineyard owner as a manager; develop skills, knowledge and experience in wine and regional food production, processing and evaluation, including evaluation of tourism opportunities.
