Diploma Leading and managing people; managing finances within a budget; managing workplace relations; planning and establishing systems and procedures; preparing and monitoring budgets; and rostering staff. Certificate IV Establishing and maintaining quality control; implementing food safety procedures; monitoring catering revenue and costs; developing food safety plans and managing finances within a budget. Certificate III Communications; following OHS&W procedures; identifying and preparing meat; and planning and preparing food for buffets and a la carte. - Study Mode: Face to face in a classroom
