For Certificate III in Hairdressing the training is in our modern training salon. Students will be taught by highly qualified and experienced teachers. Students will learn in Certificate III in Hairdressing the practical skills of cutting, styling and colouring hair.
When students have finished successfully the Certificate III in Hairdressing students can go further on to the Diploma of Hairdressing (Salon Management) course. The Diploma of Hairdressing (Salon Management) course gives the students the necessary business management knowledge and skills that allows them to set up and manage a successful salon and strive for a successful hairdressing career in Australia or in their own country.
Finishing both the Certificate III in Hairdressing and the Diploma of Hairdressing (Salon Management) students learn and experience all aspects of hairdressing and on completion of the course are given assistance with securing a job in a salon.
In addition to the training undertaken in the Certificate III in Hairdressing and the Diploma of Hairdressing (Salon Management) courses, students are given the opportunity to undertake 936 hours of guaranteed work experience.
Students who wish to enhance the practical skills of cutting, styling and colouring have the opportunity to undertake the Certificate IV in Hairdressing.
