The AICL delivered Diploma of Hairdressing Salon Management aims to prepare qualified hairdressers to become hairdressing salon owner operators or senior managers. Students will learn planning and initiation skills across a broad range of technical and managerial requirements. Ability to select equipment, services and techniques for self and others is developed. Responsibility and coordination for individuals and teams and autonomy is achieved for complex applications.
