This course covers building theory, drafting and building practice relating to residential, industrial and commercial buildings. Graduates will have developed skills and knowledge in: problem solving design, presentation sketches, construction technology, working drawings, CAD, standard specifications, quantities take off, estimating and scheduling.

Assistant Interior Designer in large Architectural or Interior Design firm.

Interior Decoration/Design Consultancy operating from a specialised wholesale or retail outlet.

Independent Interior Decoration/Design Consultant.
