These are the valuable skills that employers are looking for in today’s workplace. The Diploma will build upon the skills developed in the Certificate III in Front Line Management. As an international student, you will gain the knowledge and skills that can lead to an exciting career in management or to further study opportunities at university.
The Diploma in Frontline Management will allow students to progress towards a management position in an organization, as the course covers the areas of leadership, people and systems management, risk and operational management.
