Diploma of Building and Construction
The Diploma of Building and Construction program is designed to meet the needs of builders involved in the coordination, operational management and overseeing of quality for commercial and industrial buildings. The program will provide students with the opportunity to develop employability skills and the ability to apply technical knowledge.

Mode Of Study: Full Time
Duration: This program takes 12 months (52 weeks) to complete.
Entry Requirements IELTS 5.5 (Academic) or equivalent.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Completion of year 12 or equivalent.
Completion of a Certificate III trade qualification in a closely related field.
Assessment Methods Emphasis is placed on combining off-the-job training with on-the-job applications. Assessment can be carried out in simulated work environment, on-the-job or in the workplace or by negotiated project work.
Vocational Placement This program includes 30 days (240 hours) of unpaid vocational placement.
This course available packaged with:
- CPC30108 Certificate III in Bricklaying / Blocklaying ; or
- CPC30208 Certificate III in Carpentry ; or
- CPC31308 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling

Accreditation This program is nationally recognised under the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF).
Articulation This program can provide graduates with up to one year’s credit towards a Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field at an Australian university.
