In this subject you will learn about strategies to promote effective customer relationship, how to communicate effectively with customers, interact with people belonging to different cultural backgrounds, selecting an appropriate communication channel, and how to overcome barriers to communication.
This subject consists of 3 competency units: This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to manage the ongoing relationship with customers, which includes assisting the customer to articulate their needs, meeting customer needs and managing networks to ensure customer needs are addressed.
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to contribute to quality customer service standards, and to support personnel to implement customer service standards and systems within the organisation.
The unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to prepare, deliver and review a presentation to a target audience.
This subject involves the study of identifying a potential overseas market for marketing activities, analyse consumer behaviour for the particular market and conduct market research in order to penetrate and develop marketing strategies. Under this subject you will learn about identifying a potential market for business, knowledge about conducting market research and evaluate consumer behaviour.

This subject involves the study of all aspects of basic marketing activities. Under this subject you will learn about marketing mix and promotional mix. This subject will enable you to select a marketing mix and promotional mix for a target market. Also it will helps you to evaluate and review the promotional activities.

Under this subject you will learn about an organisation’s commitment towards implementing and monitoring Occupational health and safety programs. It also provides knowledge about preparing documents in forming business enterprises.
This subject, consists of 2 competency units:
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to implement and monitor the organisation’s occupational health and safety (OHS) policies, procedures and programs in the relevant work area to meet legislative requirements.
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to prepare documentation and to assist with commercial law matters such as incorporation, charges and the sale of shelf companies.
