Certificate IV in Hospitality (Patisserie)
The course units are delivered as a mixture of off-the-job and on-the-job training in our purpose built patisserie kitchen and in our off campus commercial kitchen facility at luxurious 5-star Langham Hotel Melbourne. Highly creative patisserie skills are developed including sugar and chocolate decoration, and patisserie display work as well as several Human Resource coordination functions; such as supervision and team leadership. The Certificate IV in Hospitality ( Patisserie )reflects the role of a Patissier or Chef de Partie. Duration: 18 months full time
