Certificate IV in Hairdressing offers breadth, depth and complexity of knowledge and competencies from hair and beauty to business and training of staff. In the courses broad range of activities you will learn leadership and guidance skills in organizing activities of self and others as well as contributing to technical solutions of a non-routine or contingency nature. You will be able to perform across a broad range of skills including requirements to evaluate current practices, develop new criteria and procedures and provide some leadership and guidance to others in the application and planning of skills. The courses activities will involve responsibility of others and with limited organisation of others.
