BSBCUS403A Implement customer service standards This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to contribute to quality customer service standards, and to support personnel to implement customer service standards and systems within the organisation. Subject Name: Financial Accounting This subject involves study of all aspects of financial records such as trial balance, balance sheet and financial reports.

This subject will enable you to select a marketing mix and promotional mix for a target market. Also it will help you evaluate and review promotional activities.

Under this subject you will learn about organisation’s commitment towards implementing and monitoring Occupational health and safety programs. It also provides knowledge about preparing documents in forming business enterprises.
