Certificate III in Hairdressing

Certificate III in Hairdressing is the standard qualification for the hairdressing industry and all course units will be assessed in a workplace environment or in our college simulated hairdressing salon. The course offers breadth, depth and complexity of knowledge and competencies covering selecting, adapting and transferring skills and knowledge to new environments. It provides you with the technical advice and early leadership skills for problem resolution. You will be able to use your own judgment and discretion in equipment selection, services or contingency measures all within known time constraints. Activities may involve individual some responsibility for others and you will be expected to work in the college team environment which may involve some team co-ordination.
Duration: 10 months full time
