Subject Name: Communication for workplace
This subject involves in study of all aspects of communication between individuals and members of a group. Under this subject you will learn how to communicate effectively, interact with people belong to different cultural background, selecting appropriate communication channel, and how to overcome barriers in communication. Also you will learn how to understand non verbal communication. This subject will help you to develop all aspects of your communication skills.

This subject consists of three competency units:

BSBCMM301A Process Customer Complaints
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to handle formal and informal negative feedback and complaints from customers.

BSBINN301A Promote Innovation in a Team Environment
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to be an effective and pro active member of an innovative team.

BSBCMN201A Communicate in the Workplace
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to communicate in the workplace. It includes gathering, conveying and receiving information together with completing routine written correspondence.

Subject Name: Manage Business Resources
This subject provides knowledge about managing an organisation. It includes maintaining health and safety standards at workplace, determine resource requirements for organisation and utilise knowledge management system.

This subject consists of three competency units:

BSBOHS 201A Participate in OHS Processes
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to participate in workplace occupational health and safety (OHS) processes to protect workers own health and safety, and that of others.

BSBADM311A Maintain Business Resources

This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to determine, administer and maintain resources and equipment to complete a variety of tasks.BSBINM302A Utilise a Knowledge Management System
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to access and use a knowledge management system, to input into a knowledge management system, and to contribute to monitoring, reviewing and improving a knowledge management system and work practices.

Subject Name: Accounting Fundamentals

This subject provides knowledge about maintaining financial records, process payroll and process accounts payable and receivable.

This subject consists of 3 competency unit:

BSBFIA 301A Maintain Financial Records

This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to maintain financial records for a business. It includes maintaining daily financial records such as reconciling debtors' and creditors' systems, preparing and maintaining a general ledger, and preparing a trial balance. It also includes activities associated with monitoring cash control for accounting purposes.BSBFIA 302A Process Payroll
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to process payroll from provided data using manual and computerised payroll systems.BSBFIA 303A Process Accounts Payable and Receivable
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records, including processing payments to creditors and handling overdue accounts receivable.

Subject Name: Product Recommendation and Direct Marketing

This subject will enable students to be familiar with products and services, use the database to enhance the marketing effort and enable students to market goods kand sercies internationally.

This subject consists of 3 competency units:

This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to provide advice and information within an organisation about the development and distribution of its products and services.

BSBMKG411A Analyse direct marketing databases

This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to collect, enhance, cleanse, analyse and utilize data for marketing purposes.

BSBMKG416A Market goods and services interantionally

This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to market goods and services internationally in line with the organisation's marketing plan and marketing strategy for a specific international target market.

This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to access and use a knowledge management system, to input into a knowledge management system, and to contribute to monitoring, reviewing and improving a knowledge management system and work practices.
