Business (Human Resources) (Diploma of)Duration » 1 year Feb intake The Diploma of Business (Human Resources) is designed to develop fundamental skills and knowledge to prepare students to confidently undertake a range of human resource roles. Major areas of study include human resource management, industrial relations, change and innovation, and development of a workplace learning environment. The Diploma is specifically for people working in human resources management. It includes a comprehensive set of generic and specific human resource competencies related to managing change, human resource strategic planning, organisational development, employee relations, organisation design, business operations, leadership across organisations and risk management. In addition to Certificate IV career paths, Diploma of Business (Human Resources) graduates may choose to work as training officers, staff development officers or in managerial roles requiring knowledge and practical understanding of human resources and employee relations.
