Banking (Diploma)

This course provides training in the areas of branch environments, commercial and retail lending and small business banking. Students learn about workplace practices in a financial services industry, leadership, banking and service strategies. They also learn about the Australian banking and financial systems with a broad perspective of the environment of business.

General Entry Requirements and Pre-requisites

Entry into this course requires the equivalent of Australian Year 12 with passes in English and Maths or completion of the Certificate III in Financial Services - Accounts Clerical.


Career Outcomes

Successful completion of this qualification provides students with the opportunity to become a lending officer or a customer services officer in the banking industry.
