Bachelor of Performing Arts

Whether you wish to specialise in dance, drama, music or the technical aspects of theatre production, this program affords students the opportunity to work collaboratively with mentors who are established and experienced identities in the performing arts industries. Students have the further opportunity to gain practical experience in the performing arts industries through selected industry placements, and apply their developing skills and talents in staging productions in a diverse range of community and multicultural settings, venues and events.

The program covers a wide range of arts orientated topics from promotions management, to community involvement in the arts, as well as voice training and stagecraft.

A number of 'Industry Mentors' have accepted the task of contributing to the Bachelor of Performing Arts in many facets of teaching, producing, workshopping and staging productions with students. These mentors are highly acclaimed individuals who have considerable industry currency.
