Bachelor of Information Technology

DURATION: 3 years full time (2 years fast track option)

ENTRY POINTS: March/July/October

LOCATION: Sydney

This program provides a comprehensive education in Information Technology (IT) to prepare graduates to better manage the IT needs and infrastructure of today’s organisations.The course is structured to enable students to combine studies with another discipline.

There are four points of entry into the undergraduate degree programs:

• Completion of the Foundation Studies program at ACN with an overall average of 65% *
• Satisfactory completion** of the Diploma in Computing (advanced standing of up to 8 units will be awarded).
• For high school leavers, an ATAR is required. The ATAR requirement is published annually at the beginning of the year.

To qualify for the Bachelor degree, you must successfully complete 24 units. You must also complete either one major or two minors. Each major consists of seven to eight units and each minor consists of four units. The remaining units can be chosen from other units on offer.
