Over the last 4 years no Australian university has reach more success in attaining positive outcome for its graduates. No university has a better understanding of the requirements of International Students. It's why more than half of our 20,000 strong student body travel from all over the world to study at CQU. Our success is dependent on our students' accomplishments. To realise that, no stone has been left unturned.

Bachelor of Human Movement Science

Have you ever wondered how and why human movement occurs?

CQU’s health and recreation studies enables you to learn more about sport and exercise science, human fitness, family and community health, lifestyle management, occupational health and safety and personal health. Core studies provide a comprehensive understanding of health and the factors that influence it.

Students explore human movement science goals, concepts and principles in their studies and develop skills and knowledge in areas such as human anatomy and physiology, sport and exercise psychology, fitness, and human behaviour.

Note: from 2007, students completing the first year of the Bachelor of Human Movement Science can apply directly through Central Queensland University to enter the Bachelor of Human Movement Science (Industry Co-op). This innovative and unique program involves two paid work placements combined with external study aimed at maximising student employment outcomes at the completion of their degree.
