Bachelor of Health Science (Food and Nutrition)About the course The Bachelor of Health Science (Food and Nutrition) provides graduates with a level of knowledge, understanding and skills in appropriate aspects of food and nutrition and its scientific basis to enable them to work in multidisciplinary teams in a range of health and industrial settings. Where it will take you Graduates will be prepared for careers as health professionals, providing consultative services in areas relating to nutrition and food product development relating to nutritional issues. CSU STUDY LINK Program Students with inadequate background in chemistry and mathematics are strongly recommended to undertake the chemistry and mathematics subjects offered in the STUDY LINK University’s supplementary program prior to commencing study in the course. Residential schools Distance education students are required to attend residential schools at the University. These schools will provide intensive teaching on the practical aspects of the course. Generally, the schools take from two to five days. Students cover all costs associated with attending residential schools. Graduation requirements To graduate, students must satisfactorily complete 192 points.
