Advanced Diploma of Information Technology (Network Security)

  • Duration: 2 Years
  • Note: one year of study is equivalent to not less than 36 weeks of instruction.

  • Entry Requirements: All applicants must meet the minimum education entry as well as having an IELTS score of 5.5 General or Academic.

  • Expected Employment Outcome Example: Certificate courses in this area equip graduates with knowledge of hardware equipment, software applications used in offices and provide practical business oriented skills. Diploma courses provide in depth training in a wide variety of choices including website development; maintenance and management; design, establishment and management of complex networks; systems administration and analysis; and design and development of applications programs.     Building an Intranet; communications; cost management; creating codes for applications; developing and presenting a feasibility report; developing system infrastructure design plans; guiding the application of project integrative processes; human resources management; installing and managing complex networks; managing network security; preparing disaster recovery and contingency plans; procurements and scope; producing network/communication design; quality management; risk management; and trouble shooting and resolving network problems.
