Subject Name: Change Management
This subject provides knowledge about managing organisational change, knowledge and information in organisation.

Total Quality Management subject consists of two competency units:

BSBINN601A Manage Organisational Change
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to determine strategic change requirements and opportunities, and to develop, implement and evaluate change management strategies.

BSBINM601A Manage Knowledge and Information
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to develop and maintain information processing systems to support decision making, and to optimise the use of knowledge and learning throughout the organisation.

Subject Name: Develop and Implement Strategic Plan
This subject provides knowledge about developing, implementing and managing strategies
for human resource management. Also it provides knowledge about establishing strategic direction to sustain competitive advantage in organisation.

This subject consists of two competency units:

BSBHRM602A Manage Human Resources Strategic Planning
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to develop, implement and maintain a strategic approach to the management of human resources in an organisation. The unit is critical for any human resources manager and should be undertaken after a firm grounding has been established across a range of human resources activities.

BSBMGT616A Develop and Implement Strategic Plans
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to establish the strategic direction of the organisation, and to sustain competitive advantage and enhance competitiveness. It requires analysis and interpretation of relevant markets, capability assessment of the organisation, and its existing and potential competitors and allies. It also covers implementation of the strategic plan.

Subject Name: Advertising Management
This subject involves study of all aspects of managing advertising . This subject provides knowledge about defining an advertisement campaign, prepare budget, prepare advertising activities and evaluate advertisement campaign.

This subject consists of 2 competency units:

BSBADV603B Manage Advertising Production
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to plan, direct, monitor and evaluate the production of electronic and print advertising.

BSBADV604B Execute an Advertising Campaign
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to coordinate and monitor the implementation of an advertising campaign.

Subject Name: Organisational Development and Risk Management
This subject involves study of all aspects of managing organisational development and planning and management of project risks.

Advanced Business Project subject consists of 2 competency units:

BSBMGT615A Contribute to Organisation Development
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to contribute to the creation of an organisation development plan which ensures that the organisation will become more effective over time in achieving its goals.

BSBPMG608A Direct Risk Management of a Project Program
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to manage factors that might adversely affect the project program and organisational outcomes. It covers directing the planning and management of project risks, managing risks to the overall program and assessing risk management outcomes for the program and the organisation.
